This month, on August 4th from 12-1 pm, we are excited to have the team from AICPA (the preeminent international professional association for certified public accountants). They completed a private practicum for their full learning design & consultant internal teams in order to offer their membership beyond one-and-done options for upskilling on CPA-related competencies. They will be sharing their work and inviting questions.

This is crucial because many who apply the LCD model understand how to apply it for internal audiences, but struggle when the audience is external. AICPA is a fantastic example of applying LCD in complex ways.

Whether you work on external customer learning initiatives or are a member of an association, bring your questions and thoughts on how to surround learners in a modern way!

Join our free Monthly Modern Learning Dialogue Events hosted the first Thursday of every month. During these community centered events we will discuss the L&D topics that are most important to you and also hear industry leaders on how they are applying the LCD Model!

Each dialogue opens with networking, followed by a brief 15 min share from a speaker. Then, we open for dialogue as a community.

These monthly dialogues are hosted by the LCD Group, founded by Crystal Kadakia. The LCD Group’s vision is to make learning clusters the norm and they do that through upskilling and consulting using the acclaimed Learning Cluster Design model. Learning clusters change on the job behavior because they are made up of meaningful learning assets tailored to diverse learner personas.

These monthly dialogues are hosted by the LCD Group, who train and consult on the acclaimed Learning Cluster Design model. After 6 years and over 500 workshop graduates, we continue to learn that modern changes every day! Ongoing community and dialogue is what pushes us all to explore new insights!
