Designing for Modern Learning: Redefining L&D’s Approach for a Digital Age

PRESENTER
Sarah Cannistra

DATE AND TIME
Monday, July 18, 2022 from 11am  – noon CST

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Our profession is faced with an exciting challenge to embrace and navigate a new landscape. L&D’s world continues to change, yet, based on recent surveys, L&D can’t seem to satisfy the C-Suite or our learners.

The book, “Designing for Modern Learning: Beyond ADDIE and SAM” (ATD press, 2020) is helping L&D meet these challenges in the digital age. In this interactive webinar, hear how to modernize your learning programs, as they describe the Learning Cluster Design model using images and stories. We will describe what has changed in our landscape, and how that impacts L&D. We will describe the OK-Learning Cluster Design model, and an overview of how the model helps L&D modernize with less stress and more results. Case studies and stories make this session a favorite among ATD Chapters.
