We are ecstatic to announce a special event hosted by Learning Cluster Design Model co-creator, Lisa MD Owens with Jack Phillips from the ROI Institute on February 10th. During our event Jack will provide insights for our LCD community, based on his decades of experience with measurement, evaluation, accountability and ROI. His methodology is a revolutionary process that provided bottom-line figures for all types of programs on learning, performance improvement, human resources, technology and public policy.

Not only is Jack the chairman of ROI Institute, Inc. but a world-renowned expert on accountability, measurement, and evaluation. He provides consulting services for Fortune 500 companies and major global organizations. He is the author or editor of more than 75 books and conducts workshops and presentations at conferences throughout the world for which he has received several awards including the Society for Human Resource Management award.

Jack’s work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, and Fortune Magazine. With more than 27 years of corporate experience in the aerospace, textile, metals, construction materials, and banking industries he has served as training and development manager at two Fortune 500 firms, as senior human resource officer at two firms, as president of a regional bank, and as management professor at a major state university.

People who participate in this session will:

  • Gain new, or renewed, perspective on the benefits of tracking measures of L&D’s products
  • Get insights on how the C-Suite views L&D measures (based on extensive research among CEOs)
  • Identify how the 2020 LCD model provides practitioners with a head start on measurement for L&D

As a result, participants will (a) be energized to review and renew their measurement efforts, and (b) be confident in their use of strategies that are more likely to demonstrate L&D success and contribution to the business.

We can’t wait to see you there!
